• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulatory standards .
• General Ledger & Reconciliations: Execute and review complex journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Audit & Tax Support: Prepare documentation and schedules for external auditors, and ensure compliance with tax regulations .
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist management with budget preparations, track actual spending against targets, and provide financial analysis.
• Team Leadership: Delegate tasks, review work, and provide mentorship to staff accountants and bookkeepers.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience: Typically 3+ to 5 years of professional accounting experience, often including time in public accounting or a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Skills & Tools

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of accounting principles and corporate tax regulations.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), as well as enterprise resource planning tally.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, high attention to detail, and effective communication with executives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
